Deshika Rodrigo

Deshika Rodrigo is a Sri Lankan executive coach, HR consultant, and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and women’s empowerment. She has held senior HR roles at Microsoft Corporation, USA, and served as Head of Human Resources at Standard Chartered Bank in Sri Lanka, leading diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-generational teams. Deshika specializes in executive coaching, career transitions, employee engagement, assessment centers, professional etiquette, and the use of psychometric tools such as MBTI, DiSC, and StrengthsFinder to develop leaders and teams. She has worked with clients including Dialog Axiata, Heineken, Airtel, and Akbar Brothers. Deshika is also founder of Lean In Sri Lanka, empowering women in the workplace, and has received multiple awards, including Sri Lanka’s Best Employer Brand and Most Outstanding Workplace for Women.
